What training and mentorship do new agents receive?
As Agent Development Manager, Terry personally mentors every agent he recruits. New agents get a structured onboarding, weekly coaching, contract review, live listing and buyer shadowing, script practice, and one-on-one goal setting — not just a login and a URL.
Do you provide leads?

Do I need experience to join ERA Experts?

How quickly can I transfer my license?
